You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You may also drop off at one of our retail locations. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Â
When your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Each piece is handmade. Your order will be shipped  within 7-10 days of placing your order.
Our standard shipping is via USPS priority 2-3 day and is insured.
If you need to receive your order shipped sooner, please contact dana@danablairdesigns.com to confirm additional shipping costs and that your request can be accommodated.
Orders are usually packed in a padded envelope and will be sent out via ground shipping.

Exchange or Credit
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You can exchange for another piece of jewelry or receive a credit good for 1 year from date credit is issued.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If it was a gift then we will handle ancoordingly.
Credit
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit of full price paid to you via email or snail mail.Â

You may return any unworn merchandise for a store credit. Please package the item(s) securely and include the packing slip received with the product indicating the reason for the return for an exchange. Sale items are final and cannot be returned. If the item was a gift you may receive a credit towards Dana Blair designs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please insure your package when returning. Merchandise credit cannot be issued if package is lost or damaged. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Payments on this website are completely secure. Paypal and Authorize.net which are used on this site are a totally secure way of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Money Orders are accepted.
If you do not wish to order through the website, you can email us at dana@danablairdesigns.com what item # you would like. Please mail payment to the address above. Upon receiving payment we will send you a confirmation of receipt.
