Introducing Our New Gemstone Series: Meanings, Chakras & How to Wear Your Favorite Stones

We’re so excited to introduce our new Gemstone Series on YouTube!

Over the next few weeks, Dana will explore some of our favorite gemstones in more detail, sharing their meanings, chakra links, personal stories, and ways to wear them.

From Moonstone and Labradorite to Tourmaline, Ruby, Amethyst, and more, we’ll be taking a closer look at what makes each gemstone unique and sharing some of Dana’s favorite ways to wear and style them.

Moonstone: New Beginnings, Intuition & Inner Growth

We’re starting the series with Moonstone, one of June’s birthstones.

Moonstone symbolizes new beginnings, inner growth, and intuition. It is associated with feminine energy, emotional balance, and the calming energy of the moon’s natural cycles.

Moonstone Chakra Connections

Third Eye Chakra: Associated with inner wisdom, clarity, intuition, and trusting your gut feelings.

Crown Chakra: Connected with higher consciousness and calm spiritual energy.

Sacral Chakra: Peach and white Moonstone are associated with emotional flow, feminine energy, creativity, and natural cycles.

Ways to Wear & Use Moonstone

Wear Moonstone as a ring, bracelet, or necklace to keep its calming lunar energy close throughout the day.

Some people also keep Moonstone under their pillow as a nighttime ritual for restful sleep and clear dreams.

Watch our Moonstone episode on YouTube today, August 19.

Labradorite: The Stone of Transformation

Next in our Gemstone Series is Labradorite, coming August 20.

Known as the Stone of Transformation, Labradorite is associated with navigating major life changes with strength. People also link it to intuition and energy protection, and it is often believed to shield against negative energy and stress.

Labradorite is also known for its beautiful shifting flashes of blue, green, and gold. Its changing colors are often linked with mystery, insight, and the courage to face the unknown.

Labradorite Chakra Connections

Third Eye Chakra: Associated with inner vision, intuition, and spiritual awareness.

Throat Chakra: Connected with speaking your personal truth and expressing your thoughts clearly.

Crown Chakra: Associated with higher wisdom and universal energy.

Ways to Wear & Use Labradorite

Wear Labradorite as a pendant or ring when you need confidence during transitions, interviews, travel, or new beginnings.

Many people also like to hold Labradorite during quiet reflection or meditation to support focus and intuitive clarity. You can also place it near your workspace as a reminder to stay grounded as you learn and grow.

Styling Tip: Wear Labradorite as a necklace or earrings to keep the stone near your upper energy centers.

Care Tip: Labradorite can scratch easily, so store it separately and wipe it gently with a soft cloth.

Moonstone and Labradorite are just the beginning. We’ll be exploring eight more gemstones throughout the series, each with its own history, meaning, chakra connections, and personal stories.
